The Vantage Bay neighborhood is a brand new (still under construction) community with sweeping waterfront views of the Columbia River and surrounding foothills. There is a park for children and a clubhouse with a community pool and hot tub (open for the season 2 weeks prior to Memorial Day up until 2 weeks after Labor Day). Conveniently located near I-90 and the Vantage Bridge.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street in front of the house, as well as space for an RV along the side of the house with full hookups (water, electricity, and sewer).
- No pets are allowed
- This property is equipped with exterior security cameras that are clearly visible and outdoors only
- Due to geological factors, high winds are frequent in this part of the state, especially in the evening. This causes sand/gravel to blow and sometimes pile in the outdoor spaces. The outdoor furniture is weighted down to withstand the wind but be sure not to leave anything outside so it doesn't blow away!
- This is a high desert location, where a variety of birds, deer, elk, rabbit, bighorn sheep and coyote are commonly found here. In spring and summer, lizards and snakes, such as the gopher snake and the northern pacific rattlesnake can occasionally make an appearance. There are also a variety of bugs that can be kept out of the house by keeping the doors and windows shut.
Desert modern retreat with sweeping Columbia River views, rooftop stargazing, and room for everyone—just 15 min from the Gorge Amphitheater (Gorge shuttle service available). Large private hot tub, rooftop deck, fire pits, arcade game room, EV charger, boat/RV parking, ensuite baths, seasonal community pool, and children's park. Built for endless fun for your whole group!

Tarah was a fantastic host and helped us far beyond a typical airbnb host with many local recommendations when we asked.
What a perfect house to stay at for our weekend of concerts at the Gorge! The location made it so easy to get to the venue without dealing with a lot of traffic. The home itself was beautiful, well appointed, and had everything and more you could ever need. From comfortable bedding, and towels to an organized, clean kitchen and bathrooms, nice outdoor sitting areas and a game room that provided great fun! The owners of this house have thought of everything! Tarah was super helpful and responsive answering any questions and helped with advice for attend, attending the concert at the Gorge. She also had recommendations for things to do in the area. An added plus was a great smash hamburger place nearby called the Ranch and a local coffee shop called Vantage coffee. These were nice to find as there are not a lot of things close by. If you are going to the Gorge for a concert weekend, I highly recommend staying at this house!
Had a great weekend. More than enough room for everyone. Super happy with this one. Definitely will be back.
